Loren is influenced by pretty much any artist working today, especially the guys who helped instruct him in the art of tattooing, Matt Thrash and Geno Cole, as well as those who have paved the way such as Sailor Jerry, Ed Hardy, Lyle Tuttle, and others. Loren enjoys tattooing pretty much anything that walks in the door from bright bold color to classic black and grey, as well as new school pieces to classic American traditional. Loren enjoys the complexity of realistic animals and pinups and looks forward to everyone he has a chance to work on.
Away from the shop, Loren doesn't really ever leave the shop or stop working, he is a little bit of a workaholic. But when he is not drawing on people he generally is with his son playing golf, football, and getting schooled in Wii Tennis.
He is the resident and original "Thinktank" of Thrash's. Loren loves to create custom and unique pieces for his customers, he is constantly drawing, even when he has no one to draw for (which is usually skulls).
