We answer messages during shop hours. We appreciate your patience — request volume is high, especially in summer and around the holidays. Form submission does not guarantee a spot on the calendar.

Project Consultation Form

Thank you for your interest in a consultation or tattoo appointment. 

We will contact you to discuss the following information:

  • Artist availability for the project
  • Quote for the project
  • Obtain a non-refundable deposit
    • Deposits are generally 50% of the lower range of the quote
  • Book the appointment
    • Studio policy is no deposit = no appointment. Please be ready to commit to the deposit (have your credit card available) when discussing the request for a tattoo.

Please note that we will not email or text quotes.

Response times may vary during busy season(s) or by employee availability.

We Review

Leah reads every request. We’ll respond within a few business days, even if the answer is “not yet.”

We Discuss

If your project is a fit, we’ll schedule a consultation — phone, video, or in person. We talk through your vision, placement, and timing.

We Book

Once the project is mapped out, you go on the calendar. Most projects book a few weeks to a few months out.
